Name, email, phone number, and session details you provide through our booking or contact forms. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

3. How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, deliver galleries, and (with your consent) send occasional updates about seasonal mini sessions or promotions.

4. Photograph Usage

By default, we may use a small selection of your session images in our portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing before your session.

5. Data Storage & Security

Galleries are hosted on secure, encrypted third-party gallery software (Pixieset / Pic-Time). Your access code is required to view your gallery. We retain client files for 12 months minimum after delivery.

6. Cookies

We use minimal analytics cookies to understand site traffic. No personal identifying data is collected via cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request removal of your images from our public portfolio at any time by contacting Levi at levi73068@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

We photograph children only with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect personal information from children.
