Terms of Service

1. Booking & Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit reserves your session date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session. Weddings require a 50% deposit at booking.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge (within 12 months). Weather-related reschedules are always free. Cancellations forfeit the deposit.

3. Delivery Timeline

Session galleries deliver in 2–3 weeks. Weddings deliver in 4–6 weeks. Rush delivery is available for a fee.

4. Image Licensing

Personal-use license is included with every session — print, share, and enjoy privately. Commercial licensing is negotiated separately.

5. Copyright

LA Photography retains copyright on all images. Editing, cropping, or applying filters that alter the delivered file is not permitted without written consent.

6. Model Release

By booking a session, you grant LA Photography a limited, non-exclusive right to use a small selection of images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes, unless a written opt-out is provided prior to the session.

7. Gallery Archive

Galleries remain online for the duration listed in your package (3, 6, or 12 months). We recommend downloading your files immediately. Archive retrieval after expiration incurs a fee.

8. Print Quality

Prints ordered through our heirloom print shop are guaranteed for color accuracy and archival quality. Third-party prints are not guaranteed.

9. Force Majeure

Illness, extreme weather, or emergencies may require rescheduling. We do our best to make it right — always.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in Garvin County.
